"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

HAPPY BIRTHDAY / RS #4...

Good morning! It's Saturday and we have an awesome new sketch for you over at RetroSketches!!! Today's sketch is based on a card by Jackie - she has some amazing card construction & layout skills!

This card features a rosette with some retired Scenic Route paper, a heart punched from a thin wooden tag, and some gorgeous buttons and wrinkle ribbon. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Make sure you visit these awesome ladies, too - they made gorgeous sample cards!

I'm so glad you turned the sketch because it looks great that way! LOVE the colors you used—warm tones are my FAV! Where did you get the wrinkled ribbon? I need some of that in my stash!!!
